La dieta keto tiene muchos beneficios, pero tenemos que tener en cuenta si nuestro organismo puede asumir este tipo de alimentación, y además esta dieta no se puede mantener durante un largo periodo de tiempo, ya que supondría problemas graves para nuestro organismo ya que no es una dieta equilibrada.
