Las croquetas son un plato que hasta el paladar más exclusivo está dispuesto a comer y, que igualmente, a los más pequeños les encanta. Además es una forma de aprovechar alimentos que hemos cocinado días anteriores.
Te damos tres recetas para hacer unas croquetas de pollo caseras que quedan deliciosas:
Los ingredientes que utilizaremos serán una pechuga de pollo asada, una cebolla, un trozo de pimiento, harina de trigo, un huevo, pan rallado, ¼ de aceite de oliva y bechamel.
Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es picar la carne y la cebolla, luego doramos la cebolla con un diente de ajo en la sartén. Añadimos el pimiento rojo y cuando esté casi hecho añadimos el pollo desmenuzado, lo mezclamos todo bien hasta que quede integrado y añadimos la bechamel. Refrigeramos la mezcla durante una hora, lo sacamos y le damos forma de las croquetas.
Ponemos aceite a calentar y rebozamos las croquetas primero en harina, después la pasamos por el huevo y luego por el pan.
Las freímos y ¡listo!
Para esta receta gastaremos una pechuga de pollo cocida, un pellizco de nuez moscada molida, 150 gramos de mantequilla, dos huevos, un trozo de cebolla, dos vasos de leche, pan rallado, un pellizco de sal, tres cucharadas soperas de harina de trigo, dos vasos de aceite de girasol para freír y un pellizco de pimienta negra molida.
El primer paso es poner a calentar en una sartén la mantequilla y una vez esté derretida añadir la cebolla durante tres minutos a fuego lento, integramos la pimienta, la sal, la pechuga y la nuez moscada y lo dejamos dos minutos más. Luego agregamos tres cucharadas de harina de trigo y lo mezclamos durante otros dos minutos.
El siguiente paso será verter la leche (a temperatura ambiente o tibia) de forma delicada y sin dejar de remover para evitar la formación de grumos. Cuando haya quedado todo bien integrado lo dejamos que se enfríe.
Una vez frío, hacemos la forma de la croqueta y la pasamos por el huevo y el pan para así freírlas.
Necesitaremos 250 gramos de pollo cocinado, una cebolla mediana muy picada, una zanahoria muy picada, una cucharada de mantequilla, harina, pan rallado, dos huevos y aceite.
Lo primero que tenemos que hacer es hervir la zanahoria hasta que quede blanda, cocinamos la cebolla en una sartén aprovechando la mantequilla y, una vez lo tengamos, añadimos las minucias de pollo y la zanahoria y le damos un par de vueltas sin dejar que nada quede excesivamente cocinado. Añadimos bechamel a la mezcla y dejamos enfriar en el frigorífico.
Una vez esté frío lo rebozamos en harina, huevo y pan rallado y freímos las croquetas.
